It is, yet again, a great honour and joy to announce my second collaboration with (the great) Luísa Ducla Soares, one of Portugal's most renowned writers.

 

This book, for younger children, perfect for those who are learning to read, is filled with traditional Portuguese rhymes and proverbs, a trademark of Luísa's determination in preserving the Portuguese culture.

For this book, I aimed for bolder, more vibrant illustrations to set it apart from "Qual é coisa, qual é ela?". My biggest influence was Paul Rand—my first design love.
